Faint of Heart tells the story of the mental and emotional journey a lot of people go through after traumatic experiences. Things might seem hard at first while it's still fresh. Doubts linger in your mind, will life never be normal or good again?

The tendency to overthink things makes it even harder to cope with everything that's going on. However, in this state of vulnerability you learn more about yourself and start to work through the trauma. It is no easy task at all, but it shapes who you are and who you will become.

In the darkness you will find hope and hope is vital to gain the courage to find yourself and true happiness. In my experience happiness isn't about being content or happy with everything, but rather seeing something positive in every situation, and learn and grow from it. Keep your head up, there is always hope.
